HR Assistant maternity cover for 9-12 months.

Client Details
The client is a leading Yorkshire manufacturing company, looking for a strong HR Assistant to join their fast paced team.
Description
As well as providing day to day advice on all legislative matters you must be able to carry out the following;
* Identifying and recommending to the HR Manager new people focused initiatives
* Managing colleague-listening workshops and other feedback forums
* Creating, developing and delivering reward and recognition initiatives.
* Leading engagement surveys.
Profile
- Candidate must have CIPD level 5
- Experience in employee relations, employee engagement, reward and recognition programmes
- Developing and implementing cultural changes
- Confident communication skills
- Microsoft office skills
- Strong HR best- practise skills
