An exciting role within a City based Financial Services business has become available. The business is now looking for an Inclusion Partner to join their forward thinking business.

 

 

The role will manage the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion related activities across the Company, to build workforce capability, increase employee engagement and support the attraction, retention, and development of talent. Own and develop related processes, policies, and infrastructure to optimise delivery. They will be seen as a content expert, co-ordinator and thought leader.

 

The business has circa 500 staff and the incoming candidate will be taking over from a previously successful individual which will provide the incoming person a great platform to get started but also the freedom and autonomy to create new initiatives for the company's D&I strategy.

 

The successful candidate must be able to operate in a standalone capacity where effectively they are the D&I function themselves. You will be working with Board level and ExCo senior staff but also be happy to muck in and get your hands dirty.

 

Previous D&I experience for a corporate business is essential and additional HR experience around this very much welcomed.
