Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting an exciting HR Advisor role with a world renowned Media Production Company and Studio Complex. The right individual for this role will possess a Generalist HR Background, with strong knowledge in Employee Relations and UK Employment Law.

 

 

The HR Advisor will officially report into the HR Director and work closely on a day-to-day basis with the HRBP to support an employee headcount circa 570 across both retail and corporate areas of the business.

 

 

First and foremost, the HR Advisor will provide a front line HR service in line with good practice and commercially focused HR solutions that are aligned with the companies goals and growth strategy.

 

 

You will be accountable for providing seamless HR support to a dedicated client group whilst working as part of a larger Group HR function.

 

 

Key responsibilities

 

 

Work closely with the Finance team to monitor, increase, and control headcount whilst aligning with budgets, salary costs

 

Provide advice to line managers across all HR activities, be a trusted Advisor to all HR queries

 

Coach and support line managers with recruitment and resourcing plans aligning with business needs and budget

 

Coach and develop line managers to deliver high levels of employee engagement and performance

 

Work closely with the HR Director, Comp & Benefits Director, and International HR Director to ensure accurate positioning in new hire salary offers

 

Monitor zero hour staff and staff contracts

 

Analyse monthly Management Information, and identify company trends

 

 

 

Skills/Knowledge required

 

 

 

Generalist HR background with strong employee relations experience and UK employment law knowledge

 

Previous experience in best practice recruitment

 

Ability to build solid relationships, and strong stakeholder management

 

Strong customer awareness and focus

 

Commercially savvy

 

Ability to multi task and prioritise workload

 

IT Literate (Workday software highly desirable) and Intermediate Excel

 

 

Education/Qualifications

 

 

Ideally CIPD or equivalent or studying towards
