Your new company
An award winning Legal Firm in Leeds is looking to employ an experienced IN-House Recruiter to a 6 month contract, taking ownership of the full talent attraction and resourcing activities for their business unit.

Your new role
Working within the HR department in a stand alone capacity, you will be responsible for the full recruitment processes for all roles within your business unit, from entry level through to senior management job roles. You will take ownership from job profiling stages, through talent attraction and direct sourcing, screening and assessments, through to offer and on-boarding activities. You will also have the chance to work on some people related projects, providing insights and adding your creativity to enhance the recruitment and resourcing strategy throughout the Firm.

What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for someone with significant recruitment or resourcing experience, from an in-house or agency recruitment background, who is well organised and able to work in a stand alone job role. You will need exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, and have a common-sense approach to work. We are looking for someone with demonstrable experience of filling high volume as well as niche job roles, and assessment centre experience would be a bonus.
