Job Details
A UK law firm is looking for an HR Officer to join their team.
Key responsibilities of this include:
- With support of the Head of HR Operations, take ownership of all ER cases
- Prepare correspondence relating to employee relations meetings
- Conduct regular HR inductions for new joiners to the firm
- Attend departmental meetings (where appropriate) to develop relationships and ensure all staff are aware of their HR contact
- Prepare pre and post family leave paperwork across all business lines
- Manage online exit interview process, arrange and conduct face to face interviews with leavers in relevant client groups
- Complete monthly payroll variation instructions within the timeframes required
This person:
- Will be an experienced HR Officer/Advisor with experience in professional services
- Be educated to degree level or equivalent
- Have excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
