LMA is delighted to be working with a global Consumer Goods business to recruit an Interim Reward Analyst.

The Interim Reward Analyst will report into the Reward Manager and will be responsible for supporting the team with analytics, reporting and ad hoc project throughout the annual pay cycle.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide support on the reward strategy review.
  • Build Excel model that will allow scenario testing of several new potential reward models
  • Participating in and analysing the output of reward surveys
  • Ad-hoc analysis as required.
  • Providing support to reward manager on reward programmes as required.
