HR Manager

A great opportunity to be in at the start!  Reporting to the Head of HR this role will have both a strategic and an operational focus and will be key in providing a first-class HR service to this new site for an established FMCG global market leader.

Working closely with stakeholders, you will value the importance of ‘team’ and foster excellent communication and collaborative ways of working, to ensure a real high-performance culture.

In addition to extensive HR experience within generalist and business partnering roles (incorporating strategic leadership, talent management, ER and succession and workforce planning) you must be able to demonstrate pace, commercial awareness and high emotional intelligence.

Experience in and a passion for a manufacturing environment is essential.
