A global insurance firm are looking for an experienced HR Operations specialist to join the business on a 12 month FTC HR Operations Lead role, based in the City and to start as soon as possible. This is a newly created role joining a newly created team (since March) of 6 people, the role will consist of day to day BAU operations work, people management and support with important recruitment projects (implementing a new ATS system, embedding this into the business and the Talent team) The role will cover HR Operations across 6 European countries, the role requires pace and resilience, high energy and the ability to hit the ground running and use initiative. Manage the HR Operations transformation locally and be involved globally for LSMDevelop and implement process improvements to ensure efficiencies and added business valueBe an advocate for change within HR and the BusinessManage the HR Operations function ensuring excellent service and continuous improvementSupport the roll out of HR technology across the Global LSM BusinessesEnsure the integrity and quality of all HR data held in our systemsWork with the Head of HR and HRBP's on key Generalist issuesUnderstand the issues, dynamics and impact of managing and implementing change Management Manage and develop the HR Operations team including setting individual and departmental objectives in line with the Business StrategyManage priorities and coordinate activities of the team If you have HR Operations experience, have managed people, ideally worked within a matrix organization, are a strong influencer and relationship builder, please do apply for more details.
