Graduate Recruitment and Development Coordinator (FTC)

We're currently working with a global prestigious professional services firm based in London to find a Graduate Recruitment and Development Coordinator to join the team. The successful candidate will assist the Graduate Recruitment and Development Manager and Partners to deliver a full spectrum of services.

Responsibilities will include:

- Maintaning the housekeep of the Applicant Tracking System

- Planning and coordinating of the assesment centre, ensuring the day runs smoothly

- Managing offer processes which includes drafting paperwork, contrracts and terms and conditions

- Screening of CVs and video assessments

- Supporting on the future trainee processes and events

- Supporting the D&I team with best practice and events

- Assisting the on-boarding process which includes system profiles and IT

- Supporting on trainee development

- Ensure all processes support the firms brand and the D&I strategy

- Build strong relationships with internal stakleholders

This role is a great opportunity to gain exposure and development within a global fast-paced firm and suitable candidates will possess:

- Experience within a similar role - preferably within professional services at a coordinator level

- Conscientious, flexible and a good attention to detail

- Proficient with Microsoft and communication both written and spoken

- Strong organisisation and time management skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment

- Strong relationship building and presentation skills
