Description

  • This roles provides case management expertise to people leaders and colleagues across the business
  • They provide sound and timely advice via telephone, face to face and online on policy, process, employment law and best practice.
  • The People Policy Consultant keeps up to date with employment law and policy best practice and updates People Policies accordingly, identifying improvements to our processes to support our colleagues and increase the efficiency of our service
