HR Assistant

We are working with a leading financial services firm for an HR Assistant to join their fast paced, collaborative HR Operations team. Reporting into the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the end to end administration of the employee lifecycle.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to move into their next generalist role where you will have real ownership of the onboarding of new staff, leading inductions, responding to employee queries and ensuring a high touch service is delivered, managing any maternity/paternity, flexible benefits or absence is tracked and managed and leading on the leaver process. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in HR projects and developing new policies to be rolled out across the buisness.

The team are looking for someone who takes real pride in their work, is able to think fast and problem solve and someone who has excellent organisation and communication skills.
