An Interim HRBP role for c12 months near Woking, pays up to £35K pa supporting the Head of HR with operations.

Your new company
A scientific organisation on the outskirts of Woking. Due to a maternity period, an HR Business Partner is required for up to 12 months.


Your new role
Working directly into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for delivering a complete operational service to your selected business groups. As an outline of your duties you will work in partnership with the Strategic HR Business Partner and the Head of HR to manage employee relations issues, lead the implementation of wellbeing initiatives, monitor, interpret and implement all new and revised legislation relating to the service delivery. You will also lead the planning and implementation of changes required including developments to policy and procedure; ensuring that significant changes are communicated to all.

Alongside Learning and Development, you will support the business areas with management development, providing advice, guidance and ad-hoc training, introduce systems that identify employees with high potential, develop career paths in consideration of key roles for succession planning, talent management and self-development. You will be responsible for developing management responsibility and capability for managing ER issues and improve the effectiveness of consultation.


What you'll need to succeed
A proven track record in business partnering and collaboration, excellent knowledge of HR including employment law and dispute resolution, significant experience of advising line management on a full range people related matters.
