A Unique Investment Institution Firm based in Central London is looking for a HR Operations Executive to join their small HR team on a permanent basis.

As the most senior person in the HR Operations Team this role will have oversight of all HR Operations, visa requirements and the implementation and improvement of Employee Lifecycle and other HR processes. This role will have one direct report, an HR Operations Specialist.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead on all HR Operational activities and process improvements
  • Support other HR Leads with process improvements for their areas including Resourcing, Annual HR activities and Employee Relations
  • Manage the Immigration and Visa process for workers coming to the UK
    • Oversight of the end to end process and ensuring adherence to Home Office requirements
    • Implement appropriate checks, tracking and audit processes
    • Manage Third Party relationship
    • Provide training and education to the wider HR team
  • Senior Manager & Certificate Regime (SM&CR) compliance/administration
  • Management of HR Records strategy inline with GDPR
  • Run monthly payroll checks and sign off for payroll
  • Audit processed data and documents
  • Ad hoc support for the team on operational issues

Candidate requirements:

  • CIPD qualified
  • Able to build strong and effective relationships with all stakeholders, internal and external at all levels
  • Analytical mindset and able to demonstrate thoughtfulness around process improvement and change
  • Collaborative and caring

You will need to be happy to work on tasks at all levels, covering or supporting colleagues when they are away or overstretched. Ideal candidates will have a background in HR Operations, process design and improvement experience and exposure to running visa/immigration processes.
