Job Details
This role is an interim contract for an advisor who is able to be front facing in the organisation and who is able to bring strong relationships quickly.
Client Details
The client is based in Polmadie with various sites across the central belt.
Description
Key responsibilities include;
- advise and guide managers on formal and informal ER cases
- work in partnership with HRBP's to deliver a robust and pragmatic approach to intervention which encourages line manager ownership
- provide comprehensive input and support around change management and redundancy exercises
- collate workforce ER data reports which demonstrate both the quality, level and type of intervention
- to attend and support operational leaders at regional trade union meetings
- support the ER manager with ad-hoc project work and requests
Profile
The successful candidate will be able to advise the wider organisation on any ER issue and come to a pragmatic solution. This role will be front facing to the wider business and will be a busy contract.
