Succession Planning Expert

Fantastic and rare opportunity for a seasoned Talent Management Expert to oversee the Succession Planning Process for all Supervisory and Leadership positions in this large, complex and dynamic Saudi organisation based in Dammam.

The Organisation

This Saudi power house is a large complex business leading the way in the utilities and energy sector in the country. Having gone through major change and investment in the past two decades, the organisation are looking to develop their internal talent and succession programs.

The Role

Based in Dammam, this is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned talent management expert to make a real difference to the internal talent strategy and programs.

You will have the license to review and revise the current succession planning process with the view to putting your own stamp on the strategy and then make continuous improvements. Furthermore, you will work closely with leaders in the business to complete talent assessments, coach and consult on high potential employees and guide through the succession planning process.

This role also provides the opportunity to bring your analytical skills to the fore and provide critical data on talent back to the business.

The Criteria

In order to be successful in this position you will be a seasoned Talent Management expert having led talent strategy for a large complex organisation preferable in a sophisticated market place such as the UK, South Africa, U.S.A, Dubai etc.

With experience in design and roll out of leadership development and succession planning strategy you will be looking for your next meaty challenge in a role that offers long term security and a chance to leave a legacy.
