Talent Manager

Our client is a leading professional services consultancy with significant international presence and growing market share, currently looking for a Talent Manager.

Your key responsibilities as Talent Manager include:

Responsibility for performance review and bonus processes across London and two additional European offices.

Line management of a small team

Performance improvement plan management

Manage responsibility of talent pipeline

Oversee MBA and secondment policies

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

Demonstrable experience in talent management and performance development

Experience managing a team

Ability to review and analyse data sets with strongt Excel and Powerpoint ability

University education or similar experience
