Occupational Health Advisor - IN - HOUSE

OH Medical has a very rare in-house opportunity available. The role will be working with a very well established brand in the manufacturing / engineering sector based in Northampton. This role will be a full time permanent position.

You will be joining the company to set up and establish the Occupational health function. You will have all the tools and support to accomplish this. 

The Remit: 

• Case Management
• Sickness Absence
• Audiometry
• Spirometry
• Hand / arm vibration 
• Fitness for work medicals
• Ensure adequate first aid provision is on site
• Write Policies & Procedures 
• Undertake a full risk assesment 

Skills / Experience:

• NMC Registered
• Qualified OHA / Diploma / Degree
• Experience of working in a manufacturing setting
