Description
The successful Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for:
*leading the implementation of a new applicant-tracking system
*devising and carrying out recruitment plans, understanding recruitment methods and concepts
*developing upon policies and processes to ensure best practice
*motivating and supporting managers
Profile
The successful Recruitment Advisor will have:
*a CIPD qualification or equivalent
*experience working with an HRIS or ATS
*knowledge of employment law and how it relates to recruitment
*a project management qualification or equivalent
*experience with data analysis and presentation
