Role: Talent Acquisition Manager Industry: Fintech Location: Central London Salary: 60,000 - 70,000 My client are a high-growth Fintech business in Central London who are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join their business and help lead them through this growth. You will be able to work consultatively, creating brand new recruitment strategies and implementing new processes to excel the business and the talent they bring in. You will be part of a supportive team who will work closely in ensuring the growth is efficient and that they are bringing in the right people. You will think creatively about incorporating the need for diversity and inclusion, employee engagement and retention around your recruitment model. This role will involve working closely with two Heads of within the London office, so experience working with senior stakeholders is a must! Strong experience in delivery is also key, where you will support a new Resourcer and be able to identify stengths and weaknesses in the delivery model. Experience in a technology or financial services business is highly advantageous.
