My client, a luxury design and creative company based in London is currently going through a significant period of growth.

As HR Advisor, you will be responsible for the day to day company HR activities and management of recruitment within the business.

Description

The key responsibilities of the HR Advisor will be as follows:

  • Manage recruitment (direct and through agency) of hiring across all teams
  • Support the HR Director in driving the HR strategy
  • On-boarding of new staff including the People HR documentation and organisation of induction programmes
  • Ensuring that the HR management platform (People HR) is up to date
  • Planning long term programs re. talent sourcing, learning and development, retention and succession plans
  • Develop, implements and administer office systems, policies and procedures to support effective people management
  • Supports managers in day to day people management actives providing guidance as required to ensure legal compliance, adopting a pragmatic approach
  • Co-ordinate training events and team building activities
  • Liaise with payroll on any changes
  • Maintain good level of market knowledge in terms of remuneration and benefits and manage employee benefits plan and recognition scheme

Profile

The successful HR Advisor will possess the following skills and attributes:

  • Highly competent with proven knowledge of working at executive level
  • CIPD Level 5 or 7 or Degree Educated
  • Solid experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
  • Able to exercise discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company and personal information
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to think proactively and manage changing priorities
  • Confidence in working directly with a client on the phone & face to face
  • Ability to work the people at all levels both internally and externally
  • Highly organised with strong time management skills
  • Self-management required as the Managing Director is often travelling and times in office may conflict
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to see projects through from start to finish managing time and tasks effectively
  • Willingness to undertake varied responsibilities working alone or as part of a team

Job Offer

This is a permanent opportunity for an HR Advisor to join a rapidly growing luxury design and creative company based in London.

  • Salary between £33,000 - £36,000k
