Part time Hr project role 6 month FTC located in Sheffield

Your new company
Your new company is a public sector organisation located in Sheffield. They are currently in the process of a effective transfer-in of staff and are needing a project manager to oversee and organise the project. This will be a 3 day a week position for 6 months.


Your new role
You'll manage the TUPE transfer of staff providing support, advice and guidance to manager and staff members. you will write formal reports and attend formal meetings to present and discuss possible outcomes. You'll ensure risk management is minimised and deliver to strict time scales in the best interests of the organisation.

What you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience will be in Human Resources generalist role and have previously worked on TUPE strategies. you will have sound understanding of employment law and legislation. Your strong organisational skills will allow you to effectively prioritise work and keep to strict time scales.
