You will be working within a large matrix organisation, with a turnover of £550m which is about to embark on its next large scale change programme, with the implementation of its new transformation strategy. Your new role
In this role, you will play a key management role in the Transformation Programme, taking ownership to drive delivery of workforce improvement schemes across the organisation and within specific areas of the business.

This role is critical in supporting the organisation to ensure supply and distribution of its people resource in the right place at the right time with appropriate skills. The Workforce Programme within Transformation aims to bring a range of improvement projects to underpin workforce planning and upskill divisions with people data analysis to ensure improved resourcing capacity as well as process improvements to both supply and retention of staff.

What you'll need to succeed
Extensive experience in both HR and projects/business improvement - with the ability to demonstrable knowledge of techniques and tools for planning, monitoring and reporting progress against programmes and for managing delivery of programmes of varying size; a good level of financial understanding, including budget reduction and savings measuring; knowledge of recruitment and retention systems - including digital transformation.

You will also have a degree level qualification or hold equitable professional work based experience in HR, Project Management Workforce and data analysis and Resourcing Solutions; CIPD and a successful track record of project management approaches such as PRINCE2 and/or Managing Successful Programmes (MSP.

Experience of solution design and/or service improvement would be an asset.
