A leading UK based Law firm are recruiting for an HR Operations Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Head of HR this role will provide oversight of the key HR processes along with coordinating onboarding and reviewing and creating policies. As HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

Payroll

Working closely with Financial Controller to ensure regular employees benefits deductions and supplier payment and any other required payroll related reporting are processed correctly and in a timely manner

Benefits

Managing and administering the employee benefits offering

Collaborating with Financial Controller to ensure pension contributions and payments to third parties are calculated and deducted correctly in line with regulatory and scheme requirements and paid on time

Ensuring obligations are met in terms of benefits providers

Managing benefits provision in US and France

Overseeing auto-enrolment activity

HR data and system management

Global superuser of Firm's HR, Absence and Benefits systems to enable them to carry out the role efficiently and effectively

Managing roll out of the Absence and Performance Management modules of the HR system

Monitoring and ensuring effective use of Firm's absence tracking systems and procedures

Providing regular people metrics

Other

Building strong relationships with People and Finance departments and working with key stakeholders across relevant teams

Collaborating with People Executive on induction and onboarding activities

Supporting the salary and bonus review processes on ad hoc basis

Developing and delivering on People Projects

As HR Operations Manager, you will possess:

Strong education, ideally to degree level

Previous HR experience from a Professional Services background

Strong understanding of employee benefits administration

Solid experience using HR, Benefits, Absence and Performance Management systems

Experience of reporting and data management
