A leading UK based Law firm are recruiting for an HR Operations Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Head of HR this role will provide oversight of the key HR processes along with coordinating onboarding and reviewing and creating policies. As HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):PayrollWorking closely with Financial Controller to ensure regular employees benefits deductions and supplier payment and any other required payroll related reporting are processed correctly and in a timely mannerBenefitsManaging and administering the employee benefits offeringCollaborating with Financial Controller to ensure pension contributions and payments to third parties are calculated and deducted correctly in line with regulatory and scheme requirements and paid on timeEnsuring obligations are met in terms of benefits providersManaging benefits provision in US and FranceOverseeing auto-enrolment activityHR data and system managementGlobal superuser of Firm's HR, Absence and Benefits systems to enable them to carry out the role efficiently and effectivelyManaging roll out of the Absence and Performance Management modules of the HR systemMonitoring and ensuring effective use of Firm's absence tracking systems and proceduresProviding regular people metricsOtherBuilding strong relationships with People and Finance departments and working with key stakeholders across relevant teamsCollaborating with People Executive on induction and onboarding activitiesSupporting the salary and bonus review processes on ad hoc basisDeveloping and delivering on People ProjectsAs HR Operations Manager, you will possess:Strong education, ideally to degree levelPrevious HR experience from a Professional Services backgroundStrong understanding of employee benefits administrationSolid experience using HR, Benefits, Absence and Performance Management systemsExperience of reporting and data managementIf this HR Operations Manager role is of interest, please apply directly.
