A multinational Legal firm are currently looking for an HR Systems Manager to join their team based in the City of London on a permanent basis.Key elements of this role will include: Implementing our people and talent strategy in line with business objectivesRecruitment of all partners and employees, including graduate 'trainee' recruitmentTalent and career managementReward strategy and salary reviewSupporting the appraisal and performance management processEmployment and personnel administration, including payroll and benefitsPolicy and procedures setting and the practical application of these across the business Successful individual will have the following experience: Management of global HR and L&D systemsProject and change management and enhancements (full lifecycle from concept to business as usual)Tailoring systems so they are adopted and used effectively in practiceEffective management of third party providers and SLAsIntegration of HR and L&D systems with other business applicationsLine management or supervisory skillsIdentifying and delivering continual process and service improvementsAdvanced MS Excel for data managementUse of a BI tool (e.g. Oracle BI, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Cognos Impromptu) to develop and deliver HR and L&D management reportingExperience with CoreHR, including CoreTime, CorePay (UK), CoreSecurity and other modulesSABA experience desirable but not essential.Experience working in a partnership To be considered for interview, or for further information, please apply accordingly.
