An exciting new opportunity for a Sales Coordinator to work within a successful and growing organisation in Ipswich.

Your new role

Within your role you will be providing a high standard of service to customer groups and the sales force to keep in line with pre-set targets. You will be coordinating across various departments within the business to deliver high standards within strict timescales. Some of your day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing customer orders
  • Liaising with various departments
  • Managing the day-to-day operations with logistic providers
  • Reviewing operational procedures and recommending changes for customer efficiency
  • Preparing monthly sales reports
  • Monitoring and communicating with customers in respect of claim
  • Supporting the wider team through attending events


What you'll need to succeed

The successful candidate will have experience working within a customer service driven environment and have an understanding of warehousing and logistics. You will have excellent time management skills and have good IT skills with experience on systems such as Microsoft Office. You will be educated to 'A' Level standard or equivalent with a grade C or above in both Maths and English.

What you'll get in return

In return you will receive a competitive salary of between £19,000 - £21,000 per annum with a generous allowance of 26 days holiday. Free parking is also available for staff. Other company wide benefits such as a company pension scheme and subsidised medical insurance are also provided.
