Our client has an outstanding opportunity for an HR Business Partner  to work for a well-established firm.

Competitive salary plus a cash benefits allowance of 7.5% of basic salary.

To build, maintain and continually enhance HR business partnering capability,  providing high support and constructive challenge as appropriate, working with senior stakeholders to upskill people capability and to deliver HR operations and change into the business successfully.

This role is a 12-month FTC covering maternity leave and is required to partner predominantly with the business and stakeholders.   

 Skills and attributes for success 

• Minimum of five to six years plus HR Business partnering 

• HR change design and delivery  

• Organisational change design and delivery 

• Employee Relations - Management of more complex (end to end disciplinaries, grievances, and other ER issues.

• Learning and Development Management 

• Supporting annual HR processes 

• Performance Management 

To be successful in this role you must have:

• A CIPD qualification or equivalent 

• Experience of working as part of a small HR team.

• Experience of prioritising tasks and delivering at pace

• Successfully partnered with multiple senior stakeholders to deliver solid people outcomes

• Proven experience of building and sustaining strong business relationships and identifying pragmatic, risk/benefit balanced solutions to problems that come your way

• The ability to anticipate needs and pro-actively identify risks, issues and solutions

• Dealt with a range of complex employment relations issues, offering legally sound advice and collaborating with the business to ensure the best outcome is achieved safely

• Managed HR projects end to end and demonstrated successful execution into the business

• HR Reporting capability.

• Experience of Talent Programme development is desirable

• Experience of working on D&I initiatives is desirable

• Experience of working in a regulatory environment essential

• Experience of working closely with the SM&CR is desirable
