HRIS Analyst

An international, award winning engineering and design consultancy are seeking an experienced HRIS Analyst to work in Surrey. Operating in 50 countries with over 50,000 employees, the company use both Workday and Oracle and this would be an opportunity to gain experience in both of these enterprise HR Systems.

You'll work with key stakeholders across the business, and will work at a senior level. Your work will cover both Workday and Oracle, ensuring that engagement with the systems is as high as possible. As part of a large global business there will be many opportunities for progression and development.

As an experienced HRIS Analyst you will bring a high-level proficiency with either Workday or Oracle HRMS alongside key stakeholder engagement and management. With a good awareness of technology, data and a theoretical understanding of the Project and Systems Development Lifecycle you will be able to identify, scope and cost and detail requirements with minimal supervision. With your extensive communication skills and analytical aptitude, you will support Design, Systems Analysts, Solutions Architects and the Technical Systems Team/Project Manager to offer a broad engagement across the Corporate System.
