Job Details
Reporting to the Managing Partner in London you will develop a commercial, business aligned people strategy that supports their five-year growth plan. You will wear both a strategic and operational hat, advising and coaching the SLT as they drive business forward and work toward growth goals but also lead on all cyclical HR matters. You will be supported by a HR Assistant.
You will have proven experience of successfully working in a HR Lead role in a start-up or scale up environment, whereby you have designed and developed all HR practices and have a successful track record in partnering and influencing Senior Leadership. Ideally you will have worked in a professional services / fee earning environment. You will be motivated to work in a professional environment where you can really make something your own.
Remuneration includes a salary between £65,000 and £80,000 depending experience and bonus .
