We're currently working with a global prestigious professional services firm based in London to find a Resourcing Advisor to join the team. The successful candidate will assist the Head of Resourcing in providing external solutions to the firm. Responsibilities will include:- Managing end to end recruitment cycle for external consultants, including advising on resource planning, role authorisation, selection, provision and feedback, offer process, tracking and reporting and on-borading- Screening of applicants- Developing adverts on positions via media platforms- Conducting first stage screening calls- Explanation of how the new model works and coaching of prospective consultants through the process- Monitor the end to end recruitment process and advise on development if needed- Championing the new approach- Keeping up to date with recruitment specific employment law and the Data Protection Act- Manage the pool of external consultants, providing firm updates and keeping up to date details This is a great opportunity to be a part of a growing and developing branch of the organisation and suitable candidates will possess:- Graduate with at least a 2:1 degree of equivalent- 2 years' experience within recruitment or resourcing, preferrably within an agency or professional services firm.- Experience within end to end recruitment processes- Experience with being a trusted advisor to partners, clients and consultants- Excellent IT, communication and organisational skills
