Our client has an outstanding opportunity for an HR Information and Systems Advisor to work for top-tier law firm based in London.
This is a newly created role, and is perfect for someone who enjoys analysing processes and procedures as well as making suggestions on improvement.
Working closely with a HR Business Partner, this role can be broken into 4 key components: HR Systems, Information and Management, Best Practice and Risk & Policies, Procedures and Systems.
Skills and attributes for success:
- Ensuring that the principles of risk management are embedded within all HR processes and policies.
- Work closely with the IT team helping to develop system efficiency & give recommendations of how the systems could be further utilised within the HR team.
- Review all HR process documentation and make recommendations for improvement.
To be successful for this role you must have:
- At least 5 years' HR experience (preferably within professional services).
- Bachelor Level degree along with CIPD (or equivalent qualifications)
- A strong ability to interpret complex data.
