My client, a leading global FTSE 100 organisation are currently looking for an Executive Compensation Specialist to join the team in London.Reporting into the Head of Executive Remuneration your responsibilities will include:Supporting the Head of Executive Remuneration with all Remco workAssisting with drafting and reviewing Remco papersPreparing reports, Q&A's and policy documents for AGM'sSupporting in the development of the equity incentive policyWe are looking for someone who is experienced within executive remuneration. You must be able to work closely with and provide advice and guidance to senior stakeholders.To be considered please apply accordingly
