HR Manager

Are you an experienced HR Leader from a large multi sited environment? Ideally from hospitality, Hotel, Restaurant, Fast food or Franchise, Retail environments?

About the role
Our Hospitality/Restaurant client is looking to appoint a Lead HR Manager to support their head office function on a full time permanent basis, as well as support their regional teams looking after c120 sites and 2500 employees.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will successfully interact with heads of department, managers and employees on a daily basis, therefore you will need to be able to flex your style accordingly. The role is fairly operational so you must be willing to roll up your sleeves hold disciplinary, attendance, grievance meetings/appeals, pull together reports as well as manage the transactional HR administration and compliance.

This is a very generalist role, so would suit someone who is still actively involved in all areas of HR including Talent, Recruitment , ER and Development.

About you
·Operational HR Manager with some transactional touch points
·Experience of working within a large multi-site business is essential
·Experience of working autonomously
·Keen to work for an organisation where you will grow and develop
·Able to pull reports together to the MD and the field HR Business Partners
·Comfortable in managing a variety of projects
·Work within a privately owned, highly commercial environment
