Our client are looking for a Senior Pensions Administrator to join a busy HR Shared Services team.
Temporary role until end of December
Immediate Start
£17ph based in Northamptonshire

Your new role
As a Senior Pensions Administrator you will report to the Pensions HR Shared Services Team Leader and will oversee the transactional service to employees, managers and the business.

• Provide Pensions advice on a range of pension's issues via telephone and email.
• Ensure all queries sent to the team are tracked and monitored.
• Input permanent pensions data into the Payroll system
• Respond to complex pension queries
• Train and develop new team members
• Support the Pensions team leader and the wider HR teams

What you'll need to succeed

• Oracle or another ERP system knowledge ideal
• Intermediate Excel skills preferred
• Comprehensive pension administration experience including local government and private schemes
