Do you have Recruitment experience?


Would you like to work for a national Tourism and Leisure company?

Our client is currently seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join their established national company.
You will be required to undertake a demanding role, planning, organising and developing in-house recruitment strategies. You will oversee all the organisational objectives at the company.

What you will be doing:
• Recognising trends, gaining market knowledge of sector and inform actions and sourcing plans in order to add value
• Giving effective, influential and prompt ideas and solutions in order to demonstrate responsiveness to business needs
• Developing standard policies, processes, tools and templates to ensure that recruitment best practice is adhered to and where necessary built into iRecruit and PSL project
• Hold awareness of targets whilst delivering work 
•Demonstrate an understanding of the public sector by demonstrating awareness and an understanding in trends, tracking developments and giving relevant guidance with regard to recruitment best practices
• Developing an understanding of business, the external market and trends and sharing this knowledge with the business
• Feeding new ideas on how to attract talent and contribute a fresh perspective on our inclusive strategies


What you need to have:
• Experience with an ATS and HRIS systems
• CIPHR or iRecruit **HIGHLY DESIRABLE**
• Strong project management skills – being able to plan and manage time effectively and be able to deal with key priorities.
• Knowledge of the Civil Service recruitment procedures 
• Professional qualification in project management such as APM Project Management Qualification “PMQ” or Prince2 or PMP 
• CIPD qualification or Graduate qualification in either a HR related subject or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of employment law in relation to recruitment and resourcing 
•  Good/intermediate/ advanced skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook or PowerPoint
• Impressive and consistent proof of meeting long-term targets/milestones
• Work flexibility and able to manage change and competing priorities


Qualities you possess:
• Confident interpersonal skills; should be able to communicate clearly, persuasively and concisely to both individuals and managers
•  Able to maintain a calm manner whilst under pressure
•  Demonstrates respect for equality of opportunity and diversity and ensuring that you promote an inclusive work environment
• Relationship building skills- able to work closely with senior management where necessary, demonstrating enthusiasm and integrity
