HR Assistant

This is a HR administration role based in City of London. The salary for this role is £20k- £25k plus excellent benfits. This is a permanent position.

You will be reporting into the HR Manager who is eager to find a colleague who they can invest their time in and enable them to be the best they can be.

With this role sitting within a small HR team, this is a great opportunity to get involved in projects/responsibilities outside of your job description and really leapfrog your HR knowledge.

The Role

• First point of contact for HR department, managing external and internal queries
• Providing recruitment administration and support
• Manage the employee life cycle from start to finish which can include contracts, on boarding and other changes
• Support the implementation and delivery of key HR Projects
• Support employee relation issues by providing comprehensive notes
• Support the Head of Learning and Development with training course administration
• Support the People team with all aspects of recruitment - arranging interviews, assessment centres; placing adverts for vacancies
