I am currently working with the world's leading independent financial advisory and management firm that are based in the West End of London. The position that is advertised is a 12-month Senior HR Administrator maternity cover to look after the Financial Advisory, Asset Management, Corporate and the London HR Team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct interviews for junior roles as required by the HRBP'sCoordinate end to end the Lateral Hire Financial Advisory Programme alongside the HR SVP of RecruitmentCollate interview feedback and log all interview activity to the relevant trackersProgressing candidates through the various stages in Taleo and making sure that this corresponds and reflects with internal recruitment trackersMaintain and update Taleo recruitment database as required for reporting purposesCo-ordinate and deliver the induction programme for all new joiners, together with preparation of induction materialsResponsible for managing the ned to end on-boarding processes for new joinersSupport for bi-annual performance review cycleCreation of employee probation lettersProvide benefit and payroll administration Skills:

A highly organised and experienced HR AdministratorProactive, self-assured and able to use own initiativeStrong PC skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft OfficeManages own and others time and workload effectivelyPassionate about the delivery of service excellenceInteracts effectively with team, internal clients and external partners
