Head of HR Operations – London (Holborn)

A vacancy currently exists for a full-time permanent Head of HR Operations to be based in our Central Office.

The post-holder will provide support to the HR Director. This is a highly accountable and proactive role supporting the Director of HR in delivering a comprehensive professional and strategically-driven HR operations function, ensuring the provision of a high quality service to managers and employees in the largest trade union in the UK & Ireland, across all 10 Unite Regions and in Central Office Departments.

The role has a strong Equality Diversity and Inclusion focus and provides the post holder with the opportunity to make a significant and visible contribution to the HR function.

£56,888.00 per annum, plus £4,000 London weighting and benefits – Grade 10
