Senior HR Manager - Legal

An independent law firm based in London are recruiting for a Senior HR Manager to join their team. Reporting into the HR Director, responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Supporting HR Director and Head of HR Ops in the development of and support of the objectives for the team

Supporting the Head of HR Ops in conducting performance appraisals and mid-term reviews and 121's for the Officers and Assistants within the team

Deputising for the Head of HR Operations and or the HR Director at meetings or events as required

Developing, supervising, coaching and mentoring the Officers and Assistants within the team

Supporting HR Director in developing and managing the HR Strategy for the team and continuously enhancing the services the team provides

Working with HR Director and Head of HR Operations to ensure a cohesive and friendly culture is always maintained within the teams

Working with Partners and others on talent mapping, resourcing and headcount strategies, performance management strategies etc.

Managing the firm's annual performance appraisal and mid-term review process and conducting regular reviews to ensure effectiveness

Supporting salary and bonus review process

Providing advice, guidance and support to Recruitment Officer

Employee Relations as required
