Description

• Dealing with stakeholders and hiring managers at all levels partnering with them throughout the recruitment process
• Take vacancy briefs and plan recruitment strategies with stakeholders and hiring managers
• Manage all internal and external recruitment channels
• Exposure in delivering the best candidate experience
• Develop and maintain long term relationships with agencies and providers to best serve the business
• Focus on direct recruiting, at all levels across all disciplines

Profile

• Proven track record of in-house recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Exposure of hiring in a number of locations outside of UK across multiple disciplines including technology
• Proven success with direct sourcing and adopting creative approaches to candidate generation
• Ability to use a market leading ATS system to manage the end to end recruitment process
