We're currently working with a global prestigious professional services firm based in London to find a Human Resources Advisor to join the team. The successful candidate will assist the HR Manager in providing the firm with accurate and timley guidance on employee relation issues and policies.

Responsibilities will include:

- Provide expert advice, guidance and support to HR managers on employee issues which includes being the first point of contact

- Draft and distribute employment law updates to the HR team on a regular basis

- Advise and assist with drafting of settlement and consultancy agreements

- Take ownership and proactively develop existing and new HR policies and best practice

- Create and update HR guidelines, contracts, letters and templates as required

- Support the team with case managment in relation to disciplinaries, performance managment, grievances, abscence managment and other more sensitive cases

- Support the team with investigations as requried

This role is a great opportunity to gain exposure and development within a fast-paced firm and suitable candidates will posses:

- Degree eduacted or similar level

- 2-3 years' experience within a HR role and ER managment experience within a professional services organisation

- CIPD qualified or studying towards

- Excellent listening, influencing and negotiating skills

- Sound communicator across all mediums

- Passionate about Employee Relations
