We're currently working with an intellectual property law firm based in the City of London who are looking for an HR Assistant. The successful candidate will report to the HR Manager.

Recruitment and retention are key elements for this firm and the HR Assistsnt will play a crucial part in ensuring the company attracts talented people and provide employee experience, making the firm a great place to work.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing recruitment campaigns primarily for graduates and experienced fee earners for both the London and Munich office

  • Managing employer branding which includes writing articles for directories

  • Supporting in retention and training programs

  • Supporting on all HR matters such as disciplinaries, policies, projects, HRIS, payroll, absence, starter and leavers

  • Providing advice and support to all employees and partners, as well as supporting in annual salary reviews, bonus and appraisal processes

This role is a great opportunity for managerial development and suitable candidates will posses the following:

  • Educated to degree level (2:1+) or equivalent

  • Team player, a willingness to roll their sleeves up and complete whatever tasks necessary to deliver a good service

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to analyse situations, challenge current practices and suggest solutions/changes as appropriate

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
