A great Graduate Recruitment Coordinator opportunity has come about with a global accountancy organisation. This opportunity sits within the Early in Career resourcing team, which is responsible for employing approximately 600 students into four main programmes each year. There will also be the opportunity to travel within the UK, requiring the occasional out of hours travel and work.

As a Graduate recruitment coordinator you will be reporting into the senior resourcing recruitment advisor where you will be responsible for all trainee hiring into specific businesses areas and locations, in support of your assigned Early in Career Resourcing Advisor. This role will involve supporting all aspects of the recruitment cycle and selection process of interns graduates and apprentices. This will involve delivering best practice recruitment process to identify suitable candidates according to the firms requirements. You will be screening and interviewing candidates according to the assessment criteria and tracking applicants on the tracking system and accurately managing data on other systems. You will also be responsible for managing the onboarding paperwork and process with the Human Resources services team.

You will also have the opportunity to support your resourcing advisor in managing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and candidates, and delivering an excellent experience for candidates, and delivering events at universities and schools. You will also be required to plan assessment days, prepare materials, maintain data and organise assessor training. You will also organise other candidate events such as insight days and career fairs. Being in this role you will also be involved in identifying any inefficiencies and making suggestions for improvement.

The Salary on offer is between £28,000 - £35,000 dependent on the experience you are able to bring to this role. Your strong educational background and prior experience in Human Resources, Early Careers or event management will be of an advantage to you, along with a passion for working in the early careers space. Strong communication skills are required along with the ability to build strong relationships.
