HR Assistant

We're currently working with a global prestigious professional services firm based in London to find a Human Resources Assistant to join the team. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR team providing full administrative support on processes and projects.

Responsibilities will include:

- Co-ordination of all on-boardig (drafting offer letters, contracts and employment checks), new starter reviews, FTC contracts and extension letters

- First point of contact for day tpo day employee relation queries on HR policies, processes and HR systems

- Assisting the HR manager with the annual review and design of the wellbeing programme

- Check, process and prepare payment slips requests for the finance department for invoices

- Ad hoc diary managment

- Assisting with HR projects, administration and reporting of managment information

- Educated to a degree level or equivalent

- One years' experience in HR - within the legal or wider professional services industry would be preferable

- Excellent administration and organisation skills

- Experinece of working in a fast-paced tight deadline environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to deal with sensitive issues

- Degree eduacted or similar level

- 2-3 years' experience within a HR role and ER managment experience within a professional services organisation

- CIPD qualified or studying towards
