EMEA Payroll Manager £55k to £65k + Bonus & Benefits - City, London

A fast paced Investment firm based in the heart of the City seek an experienced EMEA Payroll Manager to drive, lead and own their payroll offering outright.

Reporting into the HR Director you will be responsible for a UK and a number of EMEA payrolls and be the subject matter expert.

Main duties:

Be the lead on all UK and EMEA payrolls with constant liaison with local and international payroll providers

Be the subject matter expert on all UK and EMEA payroll matters

Be the subject matter expert on all UK and EMEA benefits questions and queries

Provide relevant and up to date information to the benefits providers

Process and communicate all payroll updates and changes with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

Liaise with payroll providers (Vendor Management) to make sure the levels of service received is in line with the signed terms of business/SLAs

Payroll Accounting: Reconciliations, journals and the GL

Internal liaison with HR, Finance, Benefits, Reward and Senior Stakeholders

Be responsible for payroll funding in each location and advise/pass this information onto Finance

Put in place frameworks, controls and risk management so that all questions and queries are dealt with in a timely manner and documented correctly

Look to constantly improve levels of efficiency by putting new processes and procedures in place

Management of external Tax Advisors for the production of P60s, P11Ds and other year-end reporting

Be the subject matter expert for systems implementation for payroll and lead from the front

Lead on all pension auto-enrolment including: Liaison with provider, calculations, uploads in-line with the monthly payroll process

Skills:

You must be a proven Payroll Manager with relevant EMEA exposure along with strong Benefits experience

Strong payroll systems experience along with Excel (V Look Ups and Pivot Tables)

Payroll Accounting: Reconciliations, journals and GL

High levels of attention to detail

Vendor management

Show experience of Change Management and improvement of processes and procedures

Strong communications skill set internal and external
