Senior HR Administrator / Human Resources / Brighton

Client Details

A leading organisation based in Brighton are seeking a Senior HR Administrator on a permanent basis.

Description

As Senior HR Administrator you will be responsible for:

  • Deliver highly accurate and well-presented HR administration and support to the wider business
  • Respond promptly to all internal and external customer queries professionally and accurately, ensuring customer service levels are maintained and solutions to issues are resolved appropriately.
  • Ensure all HR hard copy and electronic personnel data is kept in accordance with the HR retention schedule and GDPR.
  • Ensure the HR database and systems are up to date and accurate.
  • Look for ways of continuously improving HR administration processes to ensure they remain fit for purpose.





Profile

Knowledge of working within an HR administration function, with specific, in areas such as:

  • Flexible working
  • Maternity/paternity and shared parental leave
  • Contract changes
  • Salary sacrifice schemes
  • Working in a process driven environment to a high standard of accuracy and attention to detail, processing large amounts of contract related paperwork
  • Working with HR database systems.
  • Dealing sensitively and appropriately with confidential information within and HR environment
  • Awareness of employee relations activities such as sickness and probation.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft office packages, particularly Outlook and Word.
  • Processing HR related documentation.
