The company
You will join a start up technology business in Central London.
The role
As an Interim HR Business, you will report to the HR Director and work as part of a small international HR team. You will operate as a generalist HR Business Partner owning your own client group in Spain. You will be responsible for managing existing and legacy ER casework and negotiating with and managing relationships with the Spanish works councils.
The successful candidate
CIPD qualified or equivalent, you will have worked as an HR Business Partner in a start up environment where you will have developed HR policy and process. You will have supported an international client group including Spain, where you will be able to demonstrate how you have managed ER casework and let negotiations with Spanish works councils. It is essential that you can start a new role immediately.
