Oakleaf Partnership are working with a construction and development company who have an opportunity for a Senior HR Systems Specialist focusing.

Reporting into the HR Data Systems Manager you will have a number of responsibilities including:

  • Innovate and recommend ways to improve the efficiency of the HR Systems to meet user requirements
  • Provide technical support for end users
  • Liaise with HR Data team to ensure data accuracy
  • Collaborating with the wider business for HR systems projects to include: upgrades, testing, audit trails
  • Supporting the wider HR team with periodical activities such as Annual Salary & Bonus Reviews, data cleanses, reporting

    • This is a great opportunity for a skilled Senior HR Systems Specialist. Previous experience using iTrent and Oracle would be an advantage. To be successful you will have solid stakeholder management skills as well as proven track record of improving HR Systems functionality to meet end user requirements.
