Your new role

As an experienced Senior Associate you will be working within their specialist E-Learning department, facilitating its growth across multiple disciplinarians.

Working with the wider data scientist, developers and product managers, you will be responsible for analysing, designing and delivering E-Learning and Online-classroom training across all levels of employee.


What you'll need to succeed


  • Experience in the end to end development and delivery of online training, from
    training needs analysis and agreeing objectives, to designing and deploying the
    training to end users.

  • Experience in working closely with subject matter experts to write training
    content, review drafts and sign off final versions.

  • Demonstrate the ability to use (or quickly learn how to use) graphics, video
    development and video editing software (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud) to create
    training assets for courses delivered on their learning database.

  • Experience with managing client relationships, a wide variety of stakeholders and
    multiple project commitments at one time.

  • Demonstrate a passion to understand how people learn, improve online learning
    experiences, and implement the latest thinking and best practice for learning.

  • Awareness of the latest trends in Learning Technologies and how emerging
    technologies can be used to add value and transform the way we learn.

  • Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt and work effectively in a
    changing environment.

  • Be eager to learn new skills and take on a variety of different tasks.

  • Demonstrate a commitment to excellence through the production of high quality
    outputs and managing challenges.

  • Strong analytical and project management skills to effectively identify issues and
    be able to identify the optimal solution.

  • Ability to self-motivate, work independently and collaborate with others as part of
    a wider-team.

  • Communicate confidently and effectively with stakeholders both in written and
    verbal form, with the ability to build and maintain good relationships.

  • Have an understanding of neuroscience and psychology and be able to
    incorporate this knowledge and understanding into the design of training and
    product functionality to deliver the most effective learning experience.

  • Work with client facing stakeholders from all lines of service and all company
    territories globally, to identify opportunities to deliver training to clients.

  • Quickly understand different business contexts so that you can provide valuable
    challenge and guidance.
