HR Business Partner (Fintech)

Central London

£60,000 to £70,000

A leading Global Fintech is recruiting for a dynamic HR Business Partner to join their global People team. Reporting to the HR Director, this role will have end to end responsibility for designing and delivering the People Plan for a diverse and scaling global population.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing a trusted partnership with a diverse set of stakeholders from C-suite level to business managers. Delivering effective solutions across a range of HR practices such as workforce planning, performance, employee engagement, organisational design, and talent & leadership development and ER
  • Owning and manage all HR cyclical processes and ensure all BAU activities are delivered efficiently and in line with best practice
  • Coaching and advising managers to build high performing teams, with a strong focus on morale, increased productivity and retention
  • Partnering closely with the CoE's to resolve complex and challenging problems through innovative and agile thinking
  • Analysing and interpreting key people metrics to drive insights
  • Ensuring that the HR service is running as smoothly and efficiently as possible by drawing on best practice, external models, and knowledge to continually drive improvements

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience business partnering within a similar sector, ideally with a global remit. Credibility and ability to consult, influence, and partner with senior leaders and complex key stakeholders is essential. You will be comfortable with ambiguity and will be able to work autonomously to deliver within a highly commercial, evolving environment.
