This role will support with HR work that focuses on Learning & Talent Development, Employee Experience and Engagement.

What will be keeping you busy?

Working within a small HR Team, the HRBP is a key member of the Divisional HR team responsible for advising and coaching Line Managers in areas such as absence management, employee relations, performance management and organisational design.

This role will provide a comprehensive generalist HR service to the business including coaching support and assistance with disciplinary, grievance, attendance and all consultation matters. You will be responsible for highlighting areas of risk and non-compliance of HR processes and policies to the HR Lead.

You will work closely with the business on mobilisations / demobilisations and the management of TUPE transfers, in and out of the business in accordance with the business’ TUPE policy and current pension legislation. Working with the sales and operations teams, you will provide support with new business tenders, including attending client and Trade Union presentations, when necessary.


Who are we looking for?

You will be a strong HR generalist that is used to working in large, commercial and fast paced matrix organisations. If you have held a role that has looked after HR within a large and complex business ideally across EMEA, that would be a real bonus. You should be someone that is happy being out and about seeing your client groups. It is likely that these will be in and around London but occasionally you may need to travel further afield.

We would like to see someone with experience of TUPE, restructuring and solid employee relations experience.

You will have the ability to quickly build solid relationships with managers in each business unit in order to establish trust and confidence. You should also be able to operate using a consultative influencing style to assist line managers on how they should implement policies and procedures.

We are looking for a really proactive, confident HR Manager or Business Partner that is happy to relationship build across the business. You will have your finger on the pulse and escalate as attention is needed to the HR Lead and senior leaders via regular interaction and reporting.
